This policy describes how Rentagpu ("we"), operated by an individual based in Brazil, processes data on rentagpu.net. Contact: hello@rentagpu.net.

Data we process

• Request data (IP address, browser, page requested), processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, to deliver and protect the site.
• Usage analytics, collected with Rybbit on our own server, without cookies: pages visited, referrer, browser, device, language, approximate location, interactions and anonymous session replays. IP addresses are not stored.
• Messages you send us by email.

Your theme preference is stored only in your browser.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used only to operate, secure and improve the site, and to reply to messages, on the basis of legitimate interest (LGPD, Art. 7, IX; GDPR, Art. 6(1)(f)). It is not sold or shared with third parties.

Retention

Analytics data is anonymous and kept while useful for improving the site. Other data is kept only as long as needed for its purpose.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, athello@rentagpu.net. You may also contact Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD) or your local authority.
